Returns Policy

Here at Sashy's Boutique we understand online shopping can be difficult at times. The size, fit, colour or shape of the item purchased may not be what you were expecting.
We have tried to make it easy and will provide you with a refund on everything apart from sale items within 14 days of receipt excluding shipping costs. Up to 30 days of receipt we will be happy to provide you with a credit note excluding shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We at Sashy's Boutique require you to send an email to prior to sending your return to us and wait for the returns form to be sent to you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
When an item has been purchased during our promotion or flash sale this can be returned for a store credit withing 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is desired you will need to place a new order using your store credit or refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
